We want to be able to use a report to see which are the most common reasons our customers return. Is it something on the sales end or is it on the customer success end?
I know under user management you can see when they logged in but is there a way to find out the length of time signed in?
I am trying to build a process builder where when you create a new account from scratch (not convert a lead into an opportunity and account), an associated contact is created with the Account Name field is populated from the newly created account. When I try to set the field value of Account Name to [Account].Name, the field is not available. I’ve tried to think through every other possibility and had no luck. Any thoughts are appreciated.
