Prior to starting Mavensoft, Ram worked as a high level technical consultant at various leading technology companies, including Intel and Hewlett Packard. He is extremely well versed in not only the technologies which exist today, but the complex business processes which comprise the IT services industry. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and MBA in Technology Management.

Nick has led large-scale digital and operational transformations across financial services, insurance, and healthcare—working at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution. His background includes senior leadership roles at Citizens Financial Group, Huntington Bank, U.S. Bank, Nationwide, and Venture Solutions (Taylor Corporation), where he was responsible for complex, multi-year initiatives involving onboarding, workflow modernization, risk governance, and cross-functional delivery.
